Return Policy
At Ivory & Threads, we want you to love your pieces! While we do not offer card refunds, we're happy to provide store credit for eligible returns. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchases.
Return Eligibility: to be eligible for store credit, your items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Have all original tags
- Be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or perfume
Non-Returnable items: For hygiene and inventory reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Bodysuits
- Accessories
To initiate a return for store credit:
- Email us at Jorikate@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions and shipping details
- Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued via email.
Costumers are responsible for return shipping costs.
